Visa Appointment on new website

Hi,
I am planning to book an appointment from ustraveldocs.com. While scheduling the appointment, it is giving options to select the state (all states in india).
But i am currently residing in US and NOT able to find the option "An indian citizen residing in US" like in VFS website.
Any ideas on this please?

I called them yesterday and explained the situation. They asked where did I stay (which state in India)before I flew to US.
Then they said that you have to choose that state.

eg., stayed in pune, then select maharastra.

The service rep kept me on hold for couple of times and gave this answer.

Anyone has other answers ? please share it. Thanks much!
