Hi All,
My friend is a canadian citizen and she's done her residency here in the US on H1b (Non Profit organization).She applied for new H1B with a new employee(this is NOT a Non Profit) and H1 is approved.But the lawyer says she cannot start working unless she gets her I-94 stamped at the border.But can she start working as she is in legal status in this country?
