Have a question about husband's greencard processing
Hi,
I am an US citizen and my husband is an Indian citizen. We applied for his greencard April 09, 2005. We had our interview on July 26th of 2005, however we haven't heard anything about his case ever since then. We attempted numerous inquires through the 800 help line but got no reply. Right now our State office is processing applications for those who applied in September 05. We went down to the consulate office two months back and only thing they told us was that FBI hasn't cleared his name. I am starting to get a bit worried. Can anyone tell me if there is something we can do? Or, is this normal? Has anyone else been through this before?
