Well here's my story: I went to the USA in Sept, 2016 I traveled by Land I had told the USA Border I was going to a friends wedding which I did attend then I went to meet my boyfriend that I had been seeing online for awhile I feel in love and we got married 1 month before my 6 months ran out as a Visitor as I didn't enter with any visa or anything else other then a passport
My dad recently got diagnoesed with Cancer and I had went back to Canada by land to see him before he passed away or got anymore sick then he was.
Can I go back to the USA without applying for a Waiver??
There is nothing on the I-94 as far as a depature record, nothing was ever filed for AOS or any paperwork on that regard
