I am offered an approved labour which was filed in November 2003. I came to USA in the year Oct 2000 and stayed till June 2002. During that time i didnt work and when i came to know that my employer has cancelled my H1 in the month of oct 2001 without my notice i went back to india in June 2002. After going to india i got a job in a big company and i am back in oct 2005 to USA working for that company.
Currently I have paystubs of this company and last year W2 received from my company. I dont have paystubs or W2 for the period from 2000 to 2002. My question is
1) Can i accept this approved labour and proceed with filing my I 140 and 485.
2) During filing 485 do i need to present all the paystubs starting from 2000 to till date or do i need to present latest pay stubs and W2.
