Hi I am Priya. I hold a valid B1/B2 visa. I am a Nurse by profession and visited United States thrice for training and conferences. Recently I got married to a US permanent resident who holds a green card. He is going to travel to US in the month of March. I would like to travel along with him to USA for honey moon as a visitor. I will stay with him in the states for couple of months (4-5 months) and I will be back to India. Mean while he has planned to file my papers for green card, as nurses are eligible to apply for green card directly.
Hence what are the documents I need to carry while traveling to US? Do I need any letter from my husband or any other friends? Please kindly assist me. If any one of you gone through this before please share with me and looking forward to hear from you.
