regarding to get job and H1

dear all

i do not know any about how to get job in US and how to file H1 visa
i m having 2+ years of exp in C and Unix.
could any one tell me what i have to do for that ?

H1-B is filed by the emplyer with you working , you need to conatct in your comapany -HR if they can qualify for your H-1B.
If you looking for a job in USA , You should look for job with the employers who can offer you H-1B ,Best of luck...
