Imm. for my real parents when I am adopted by uncle
Hi,
Straight to the point. I have been adopted by my uncle and I am in US right now.
Can i apply for immigration for my real parents (I am citizen of US)? They are in India.
All my legal documents are with my uncle's name as my middle name. I do have the original birth cert. from India, with my real father's name.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
