Hi, I am here in USA on a 4 month grant. My visa type is R-J1. And there is a written Phrase in my Visa (two years rule Does apply). So my question is, How long do I have to stay in my home land before I can apply for another visa for USA. As some of my friends say I only have to stay in my homeland the same period I stayed here( 4 month) , others say I have to stay for two years.
