I have a friend who is here on a student visa. She and I want to start a domestic LLC. Is there anything prohibiting her from being a member (shareholder) of an LLC? Is there any particular way it should be done so as to give her a greater chance of a guest worker visa in the future, or perhaps need beneficial somehow if she applies for a green cars?
