I got married in 2016 and started living together for a few months in US and then she left for India due to irrevocable differences. Due to covid i am stuck here and i am planning to apply for mutual divorce. Girls family is always asking to file in a family court and agreeing to divorce. Not coming to a talking term for filing mutual.
