Hello guys,
My name is Dominika and I got married in December 2019 to my husband. Next year after marriage in October he left to Bali and due to Covid he couldn’t come back and I could not travel. In June 2021 USCIS sent me a letter of denial for green card with reasoning that I didn’t show up for Biometrics but I did and I had a proof with Biometrics stamp .
I sent a form 290 B to appeal my case in June 2021 but I didn’t get any respond till now. I called and emailed them many times , they said I just have to wait. It’s a nightmare. Anything helps - Thank you
