Renunciation of Indian Citizenship and OCI Card

Appreciate your reply to this. I recently got USA citizenship and need to apply for the Renunciation and OCI. Can you please let me know the renunciation process and how to apply for an OCI card?

Hi, I would like to know if I am NATURALIZED USA citizen, can I still apply for minors for OCI of India even though me and my husband doesn't hold OCI of India and our passports are not renunciation.

My name on Indian passport includes middle name while the US passport does not. Which name should I enter in the government application form and the Renunciation certificate through VFS?

You can call VFS Global directly and ask. That would be best. 5 minutes of the call is free, once every week.
W.r.t this question, either should work, but you can also add additional note documentation stating this difference.
