Green Card Filing Process in EB2
Hi All,
I apologize for posting this in the miscellaneous section.
I already have I-140 approved with Employer A in EB 3 (Apr 10 2015 as the priority date). Last year i joined a new company Employer B and they started filing GC. My company attorney says they have submitted an application to DOL to classify my position using their database of job occupations and my attorney says it takes 6-7 months to get a response from DOL.
Is that a normal procedure for GC process?
Also, during this process shall I go to India?
