Hi, my wife is Ua S citizen, And we applied in December of 2016 for green card for myself through marriage.
We have been in USA since August, I was a student on J1 student and she was working full time.
She wants to file tax returns for the year of 2016, but as I am still in the middle of my green card process, I still didn't get my EAD, so I can't file for getting a SSN number.
How can my wife fill her tax return form without having my SSN?
