I am US Non Resident Alien and have worked in USA Till Aug,2018 on H1B Visa. I have left US in Sep, 2018. I am living in India Since Sep,2018.
The only income for the year 2019 will be form 1099-C ( Debt Cancellation) and the approximate income would be USD 17000 in 2019? There is no other income. How much tax should be paid while filing the returns in 2020?
