So my EAD will be expiring in May 2020 and it's recommended that you start your application process for the EAD renewal at least 6 months prior to this. At the same time, I'm looking at going on my own E3 with my current employer, and I'm struggling to determine the best time to start this process. My employer has suggested commencing the paperwork in August, working towards a December/January renewal time, which means I may have an open EAD renewal pending with USCIS at the same time as going for an E3 interview - does anyone know if this will affect my application for both my E3 and/or EAD?
