Cannot submit I-485
I have a hard situation.
submit I-140 at 1/2020
I'm waiting for a health check then submit I-485 after 90 days but EB3 visa bulletin will be retrogress on 3/2020.
My i-94 will expired on april 2020.
How can I submit i-485 after I-94 expired because at this time, my status is overstay. Can I use 245k for this case.
I heard somebody said that I can overstay not over 180 days before bulletin change to Current again.
Any idea for this case. Thank you very much.
