Can I be an employee with an E2 or E3 Visa?

Hello, I was told that I can come to the US, from Argentina as an employee with an E2, for food truck employee or an E3 visa for sandwich packing in Subway. I find this to be very inaccurate. But I am looking for information about that. Can anyone help me?

You will usually need to create employment in the US under the E2 treaty investor scheme, but unlike the EB5 immigrant investor visa scheme you do not need.
