E-3 visa processing in Chennai consulate

Hello All,

I am an Australian citizen residing and working in the US on an E3 visa, I am about to get married and my spouse is an Indian citizen residing in Chennai, India. I wanted to find out if the E3 Dependent visa category is processed at any US Consulate in India, specifically chennai.
