E2 extension I-539
My wife have valid E2 Visa (Dependent) till Fab/2023. Her I-94 expired on 10/28/2020 and I applied I539 extension for her 45days before I-94 expired. it been over 6 months we didn't get reply from USCIS, I want to know if we don't get approval over 240days. Can my wife still stay in the US until a decision is made by USCIS? or she must leave before 240days?

Yes, anyone with a pending Extension of Stay or Change of Status application can stay for as long as it is pending.
