What's the relationship between your Indian company and US company? Does XYZ have a branch in US?

      More information

The relationship between my XYZ (Indian Company ) and US ( PQR ) company is what i understood so far is like both are different company however one of my Indian company director is in USA who manage project and other activities form there only.

However for any resource requirement and administrative support they contact to my Indian company and my Indian company support to them and charge . This is what i know.

and currently i am travelling there by showing that PQR is our Client and going to US for project meeting.

      Thanks

If they are not subsidiaries of a common company then it does not look like L1 is possible. L1 is for intra company transfers
. That is, a non US branch employee moving to a US branch of a company. Once moving to the US branch the employee can work for a client , but employee is still working for and being paid by the US branch/India branch.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
