    1] I am going to apply for L1A visa .We are 2 dierctors i am holding 88% share .Am i eligible to apply for L1A

    2]I have already opened a company in usa which is approx 1 year old.Will that help

    3]Does anyone know of a reasonable and good Lawyer for L1A visa
