Can DS-160 be transferred to another country

Hi,

I filled my DS-160 for renewal of L1 visa. I filled the form with Vancouver, Canada as the location for interview. There are no appointments available at that location. At other consulates in Canada, the appointment is available after my visa expires in Feb 2019.

I have paid the visa fees and taken an appointment at Calgary at a later date.

My question is: Can I change my appointment to Chennai, India at this stage of application. I got my original visa from there. Is a specific process that needs to be followed.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think you can change your appointment from one country to another.
