I did a couple internships in my college time but forgot to give that info on DS-160. I am not sure if thats going to be a problem. Please advise.

That's not going to be a problem: you have to enter information regarding your previous two employers only. But you can choose also to list all previous employers to the visa interview for reference. Do not worry!
