    L1A visa request for PreSales Role

    Hello Team,

    Has anyone applied for L1A visa type performing PreSales role? I am 15+ years experienced and performing PreSales role. My L1 blanket was denied around 7 months back, hence applied for EAD and started working in the PreSales role, now planning to apply for L1A individual type.

    Can anyone share their inputs/experiences on how easy or difficult is it to get L1A visa request approved for PreSales role.

      The L1A specific qualification is having 1 year out of US experience in the past 3 years and I qualify for that.

        Not sure about "pre sales" role specific visa, but you are good to apply for L1A otherwise.
