Please Help! - Travel outside US when EAD is in process

Hi All,

This is my first visit to US, I accompanied my wife on L2 Visa, applied for EAD which is recently received by USCIS. My question is, can I come back to my country and complete some unfinished tasks while my EAD is processing. My wife has all the required documents incase of any RFE. Your response is highly appreciated.
