entry to usa via valid L-2 visa?

I have a valid L-2 visa and am currently in India. My spouse with valid L-1 visa is also currently in India and will not be traveling to USA until Jan 2021.

Can I enter USA with my valid L-2 visa (without L-1 accompanying me)?

Did your spouse ever used his/her L1 visa to enter USA? Is he/she an employee of US company & getting paid in USD?

If not, then L2 cannot enter without L1.
