  • L1 Blanket rejected twice, advice needed

    Hi,

My L1 Blanket got rejected in January 2019, immediately after that unfortunately L1 Individual also got rejected in September 2019. My company informed me that I am not eligible for applying any visa for next 2 years. Now since 2 years has completed , my company wants to start the visa process again.

    I have a few questions:
    - If by chance my application is rejected for the 3rd time, then does that mean i can never apply for a US L1 or H1-B visa ?
    - Do they look at past rejections while approving visa application?
    - Have any of you'll had any such experience and what happened?
    - What are the chances that after USCIS approves, the embassy still rejects the visa?\

    Thanks,
    Santosh

USCIS only approves petitions, the COs adjudicate visa applicants. My guess is that you were not qualified in one or more respects for the L1...you can always apply, a company cannot prevent you from doing so. Yes, your previous denials will be visible.....expect a lot of questions.
