I am in L1A and I am in the process of applying my GC. While working with Attorney we found that my Daughter has a Issue in Passport. First name printed as a Last name and Last Name printed as a Firs name. I am in the process of getting a issue corrected but meanwhile Just though of checking will there be any issue in my GC filling since I am in the process of Filling my I-1485 for me and my entire family? your suggestions are appreciated?

If you rectify the mistakes and corrected, with that you may move forward and process the GC application. I don't find any hard from your scenario.

Could you let me know the timeline for your L1A to GC process initiation? I'm on L1A too and moved this year to US. My firm has said they'll be starting my GC process in a month. But want to understand the overall time taken on an average. Your inputs would be helpful.
