    L2 visa blanket or individual if L1 is blanket

    Hi All,

    Please let me know if i have to apply for L2 blanket or L2 individual visa when my husband has L1B blanket.

    He has valid visa already and we just got married and i am applying as new.

    Help appreciated.

    It has to be blanket as L2 is a dependent visa on L1. Only petitioner of L1 needs to plan for it

      If your husband's visa is L1B blanket, then you also have to apply for L2 Blanket visa.
