Uk tier2 visa stamped but not visited UK will it problematic during L1

Hi,

I was offered job in uk and tier2 visa got approved but i decided to not to go to UK. Now I am applying for L1B will it cause issues now ?

Doesn't matter, infact VO might see this positively that you had other comparative offers, which you did not use.
