Missing i797A

My L1A extension was approved under normal processing on July 28, 2025; however, I have not yet received the Form I-797A, which contains the new I-94. I did receive Form I-797C stating that my Form I-129S has been approved, and the USCIS online case status also confirms the approval as of July 28, 2025.
My attorney has already submitted a service request, but there has been no response so far. As my 240-day work authorization period will expire in approximately six weeks, I am concerned about next steps.
Could you please advise on the available options or the best course of action to obtain the missing Form I-797A?

You will need to first check whether the given address in the USCIS record is correct. then your attorney can schedule call with USCIS officer under emergency basis to seek for approval notice copy. Attorney can high light about your 240 days period expiry.

I have confirmed addresses are correct both of attorney and my own address as we received i797c already. Have called uscis without success. Filed i824 but it will take months.

Got it.. I-824 is final option but as you mentioned it will take some time to produce duplicate copy. Lets hope to have smooth process on this.
