J1 visa application while on I-130 pending application
I petitioned my son under family category I-130. Now, he was offered J1 visa Teacher exchange program. What is his chance of getting approved with his J1 application. I am seeing comments that he might not be approved because of I-130 application (with the intent of living in US). Please give advice.
