I am looking for any information reguarding a I-130 Visa Petition.
I am a citizen of the United States, my husband is a citizen of Mexico. We submitted our I-130 to the Vermont Center in early 2008, It was then transferred to California to speed up processing time in Aug. 2008.
We just got notice that our petition has been transferred to the field office closest to our US residence to start the interview process. It has taken 14 months to get to this point. My husband is waiting in Mexico and i'm assuming will interview in Juarez.
Will they ask me to interview here in the US? How does the process work from here? What time frame are we looking at? Any tips?
