Port of entry to getting new TD visa but travel ban

My husband is working on TN 1 visa and he changed his company. His lawyer had mistake and got I-797 B which he needs to go to the port of entry. I have valid TD visa until 2021. Looks like I have to go to port of entry to getting new TD also. But I am Iranian citizen and I scared of “Travel ban” . Has anyway I don’t go to port of entry? ( I never go outside of US since 6 years ago)
