Hello, My daughter is a US citizen. She is ~ 10 years old. I and my wife are Indian citizens currently residing in India.
My daughter is diagnosed with dyspraxia (development disability). We used to work in US till 2016 on H1B visa and then came back to India for her treatment.
Now we are considering going back to US for her betterment. Given uncertainty of H1B visa with the quota rules, what other alternative visas we can think of here?
