MY O-1B case was submitted just 2 weeks ago to USCIS, and I received a note on Friday afternoon that an RFE was requested. I'm sure there's no way to tell, but given the very quick turn around, could this mean that the RFE is substantial or trivial? Is there a pattern? I'm already here on F1- OPT and have a full time job.
