Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions I have about a family Visa?
I want to move my mum to the UK, she's a Swedish citizen, as am I but I have an indefinate leave to stay and I'm in the process of becoming a UK citizen, can she apply for a family visa?
If so, for how long is it valid? How much does it cost? And does she need to do some sort of test to proof her english ability?
