To whom it may concern,
I am currently trying to apply for the R-1 visa. I think I know (with help from Immihelp) what to do when I want to apply for an R-1 application at the Consulate.
My question is: what must my new US employer do? He has to hand in a I-129 and a supplement, but what else? And what is the best way and content?
