    really need help for R-1 status change

    Hello ...
    need help from you. plz help me out.

    im a priest in one of hindu temple, have valid visa until 2011, but I-94 till June27 2009,
    currently got good job offer from other temple who is OK to apply me Greencard, my question is How long will take R1 processing? is there premium process availble for R-1? I-94 wont effect to Processing or Greencard?

    Really waiting for your advce.

      If you are visiting Canada or Mexico you vill not get a new I-94.
