question about fw visa traveling with minor with b1/b2 visa

Guys need your help, i recently got my f1student visa, i would be leaving in approx a month, i have 1 1/2 year old son. His father is already in the US setting up stuff for me, he is on a b1/b2 visa. I want to take my son to the US with me on his b1/b2 visa and he would return with his father (within allowed stay time)
Would there be any foreseeable immigration issues?
