Hi,
I want to change my status from h4 to f1.But I neither have my husband's H1-B approval notification nor his verification letter from his employer nor his pay stubs.I don't even have the photocopies of his passport,bio or H1B visa pages.We are about to get separated and it is not possible on my end to get all these documents from him.I have his I-797 from his pevious employer and his I-94 though.I have all required documents of mine.In this situation,what are the chances of my F1 getting approved.And what should I mention in my letter to USCIS for COS?Should I mention everything about my case honestly and wait for their response or should I give only the genric information needed now and give more details when I get an RFE from them.PLease help me out.My situation is very urgent.I have only few months with me now and I need to get f1 asap otherwise I will be out of status.Please help.
