Hi All,
I am on H1B visa. My wife came to US on H4 visa and then she got enrolled for a MS programme.
We applied her COS to F1 and now she is on F1 visa.
My H1B is going to expire on 31st Dec and for both of i94 validity is till end of this year. I have already applied for my H1B extension so in near future I will receive my new i94.
My question is for my wife her i94 validity is till end of this year.
1. Is she need to renew her i94 after year end.
2. If yes, how long we can wait to do that. Is there a time limit of that.
for I94 renewal we need to leave US and reenter again. But in that case for her she has to go for F1 visa stamping. Can we go for F1 stamping in Mexico.
Please advise.
