Changing DOB on passport and other visa docs-living in US for 5 years already

Hi my family did not have good record and all my passport and docs have incorrect DOB. I want to change it, since finally got the correct Birth Certificate from Municipal goverment. But all my documents and F1 etc are all in old passport DOB. So if I get new passport with legal change in DOB, what actions will I have to take for the visa and other things- and entering the US again. Please help. Should I just stick with old DOB? Or change the date to have everything correct and in order?
