He came to USA 4 years ago in B2 visa and changed his status to F1. His Sister filled a petition back in 2012 for him and that was already approved on 2012.
His priority date is august 2012. When is he gonna be able to adjust his status? Is there any way he can travel out of country and comeback to USA?
