Question on i 94 expiration date

Hi,

I am reaching out to you regarding my i94 expiration date.

I recently visited to India and returned on 4th Nov 2020 to USA. The admit/expiration date on my electronic i94 says ‘D/S’. I am currently on CPT visa and could not get CPT visa stamped as Embassy’s are closed in India due to COVID.

F1 Visa Expiration date : 11th Nov 2020 (Stamped on my passport)
CPT I20 Expiration date: 23rd June 2021 (NOT stamped on my passport)

I would like to know if my i94 expiration date would be considered as F1 visa expiration or CPT I20 expiration date?

Your latest I20 expiration date i.e., your CPT I20 expiration date. BTW: Your visa expiration date has no relevance towards how long you are permitted to stay regardless of the visa class.

Your I-94 expiration date is "D/S". It is not a specific date. What is the context in which you are asking this question?
