Hi all. The hospitality company I work for has employed a French national under her student visa, and she wishes to continue working for us now that it has come to an end. We are struggling to find any helpful information online at all.

Does anyone have any advice on how to either change a France to UK student visa to a working one, or what the easiest route is to apply for a working visa?

I am just want to say that. Yes, the Home Office permits eligible students to make the switch from a Tier 4 study visa to a Tier 2 (General) work visa.
