Hi all,
I am a canadian citizen. Currently, doing my research on J1 visa. My J1 expires by the end of December 2007. I am planning to work as an embryologist in US. This title is not listed in the NAFTA employment list. However, this title can be classified as Medical technologist which is listed in the NAFTA employment list. I am wondering what title (embryologist or medical technologist) my employer should put in the employment letter written to immigration officer.
I need immediate help in my TN visa issue. Please help me.
