3 year TN visa

To apply this 3 year tn visa, what different document you have to prep compared with the old ones?
I am assuming it's only the offer letter by your employer, in which it indicates that it's a 3 years or more hiring. isn't?

Anything that we have to specially take care of?

To the best of my knowledge, per notes from my employer's attorney, yes, the employment offer letter has to explicitly state the duration of employment which could be to a max of 3 years. Everything else is same.
